A notice was received from Dartmouth Players that the group would be relocating to Stairs United Church in January.
Motions:
- Motion to give Murray Wylie authority to deal with the refunding of our portion of money for the chairs. Carried
- Motion to give Murray Wylie the authority to discuss the lighting with Richard Bonner and the possibility of Richard buying back the lights. Carried
Highlights: - Time was spent familiarizing the team with the new governance model.
- The date was set for the Annual Meeting to be Sunday, March 30, 2025.
