Monday Message – May 15, 2023

I’m at home today, working on a variety of things: worship for next Sunday, it’s the last week of the Unearthing Joy series, the scripture is Luke 24: 44-53 and the theme is Keeping Joy Alive. I’m making a start on worship planning for June I’ve got a a Zoom call as part of the Future Directions Committee, a start on a workshop for the Annual Regional Meeting, a few phone calls, and I think that’s enough for one day! The rest of my week is filled with Food Bank, a few meetings, a service at Glasgow Hall in the Shannex complex on Parkland, sermon writing, and of course, I will be present at Rev. Fred Snyder’s funeral on Thursday.

I meant to post these last week, but forgot!
